Can you believe we are just only one month away from hosting the next, and first 2012 Leadership in action course of this year?

Of course, as with any three day course - there will be a lot of anxious researchers in these coming months, not knowing what to expect. I would therefore like to ask you... to get the most out of the whole experience, what tips would you suggest?
